Floating Villa is located on idyllic Nautnes which is known for its beautiful archipelago and it is one of the best places for fishing in Western Norway. 

Nautnes is a 50-minute drive from Bergen city center. There is free parking on the pier. It is necessary to drive a boat 100 meters to get to the house even if the house is only 5 meters from land. A Pioner Multi boat with an electric motor is available. If you do not feel safe driving a boat, we will arrange the boat transport to the house. 

Floor plan and facilities

The house works like a normal house on land, but the difference is that it floats. Electricity and water come from land and septic tanks go into septic tanks with treatment plants. 

The house is 200 sqm spread over two floors. There are a total of 6 bedrooms, 5 on the 1st floor and one on the 2nd floor. There are two bathrooms and one toilet. See photos for floor plan.

The kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee machine / coffee maker and Nespresso, ice maker mm

It is approx. 100 sqm terrace on the 1st floor, small terrace outside one of the bedrooms and terrace on the 2nd floor. There is one heat pump that provides the heat in the living room and kitchen. 

Four of the bedrooms and bathrooms have underfloor heating. 

Nautnes

Nautnes is a small idyllic place with a fishing village and beautiful boathouse. The site has less than 100 permanent residents. 

Floating Villa is protected within the bridge in Nordre Skjoldpollen. It is perfect for kayaking, SUP, boating

and baths. If you drive 10 minutes by boat, fine islets with clear water and sandy bottom are revealed. Even though the house is located in protected and calm water, you do not have to go far to find wild and beautiful nature.

Hellesøy 5 kilometers north of Nautnes is worth a visit, the Coastal Museum is good, try "coasteering", swimming pool in the sea gap on Lyngøy and the sandy beach at Oen
